Grandparents are special everyday at Verner but we want to honor them on our two Grandparents/Special Friends Days. Grandparents and special friends are invited to lunch and for a visit in the classroom before or after lunch on Monday, September 14 or Friday, September 25. Attached is a copy of the flyer that was sent home with students last week. Just let your child’s teacher know who is coming.
All grandparents and special friends are invited to become a Verner VIP (Verner Investment Program), a program that funds both fun and functional resources for Verner and its students (i.e. reading awards, computer teacher, textbooks)!!! Grandparents/Special Friends can join VIP while visiting Verner on either of these days. VIP representatives will be available to help them join.
