Bylaws To Be Presented in May

Every three (3) years, all Alabama PTAs must update their bylaws to remain in good standing. Attached is a draft of the updated bylaws that the Verner PTA board of directors has approved for the membership’s consideration. Updates to the bylaws reflect minor adjustments, as no major changes have occurred since the bylaws were last approved in 2013. The bylaws will be presented for the membership’s approval at the next Verner PTA general meeting on May 17. A copy of the updated bylaws is also posted on the PTA bulletin board at the school.
